Return & Re-licensing Policy
General Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your software purchase from NTI,
you have a full 30 days to return the product. We will issue you a refund of
the purchase price of the software, less 10% transaction fee. Shipping and
handling, if applicable, shall be excluded from the refund.
Certain terms and conditions and exceptions will apply, as set forth below.
Terms and Conditions
The request for refund must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase
and an email or physical receipt must be presented. Physical software must
be returned and uninstalled, and all copies destroyed; downloadable software
must be deleted and uninstalled. A form verifying proof of deletion must be
filled out to receive a refund.
Exceptions:
(1) Refund is only valid for purchases made through our website.
No refund can be made for purchases from retail stores or non-NTI online stores.
(2) This refund policy does not apply to purchase of activation key on trial
software. No refund can be made for such purchases.
Re-licensing
Relicensing is only available during the first 90 days of purchase.
Note on Re-licensing:
(1) It is recommended that you copy your download purchase to a CD for future use.
(2) Old versions are not available for re-licensing.
